What should I wear to bungee class?

Most people feel more comfortable in fitted athletic pants/capris rather than shorts due to how the harness fits, so that is what we would recommend. Ladies, a high impact sports bra similar to what you would wear for running is recommended. Many of our recurring bungee go-ers also will say they are more comfortable in a higher necked shirt or tank ( think more of a muscle tank style) rather than a lower cut tank. We also very highly recommend a clean pair of  securely fitting tennis shoes, not something you can just slip on because they will fall off – Trust us!  We also reccommend if you have long hair tying it up in a bun or a braid

Strength training and kickboxing workouts are about 45 minutes long and the bungee fitness classes are about 60 minutes long due to the extra time needed to get everyone oriented and strapped in. 

Unfortunately, yes, there are strict limitations for these classes.  You must weigh between 90 and 300lbs, not had any recent surgeries, and must not be pregnant.  Because each bungee station is customized for each individual an accurate weight measurement must be obtained before class. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about these restrictions. 

Your basic “equipment” will consist a good pair of cross training tennis shoes, workout wear, and for kickboxing classes you will need your own gloves and wraps. Certain promotional packages may include gloves and wraps, so just check the descriptions when purchasing if you don’t already these items. Some people may find they prefer some extra accessories for weight lifting (belts, hand grips, lifting shoes, etc.) but most people do not need them.  All the essentials you will need during the workouts we provide!  

Absolutely! We provide instructions for all the moves before and during class so you never have to worry about missing a beat.  And if you do miss a beat, no big deal, we’re all Works in Progress when it comes to learning a new skill! Everything we do can be scaled to your level.

Yes! We are excited to offer 6 unisex shower rooms for our members to use after their workout.  We ask that you bring your own toiletries and towel if using these facilities.
